Bilingual Customer Care Pro (Spanish) - Hybrid London

UNIQLO is recruiting a Customer Care Agent for a 6-month FTC in London (Regent Street). You will be the primary contact for customer queries across Voice, Email and Chat, handling inquiries in English and Spanish.

The role is hybrid: 3 days in the Regent Street office and 2 days from home, with 37.5 hours weekly and shifts 07:00-20:00. Training sessions occur in the office and hours may vary.
