Big Data Analyst

Core Requirements

1. Data Analysis Tools

• Proficiency in Power BI (DAX/Power Query/Data Modeling/Visual Dashboard Development)
• Advanced Excel skills (Complex Formulas/VBA Macros/Pivot Tables/Power Pivot)
• Basic knowledge of SQL (Querying/Aggregation/Multi-Table Joins)

1. Data Processing Skills

• Ability to clean and integrate multi-source data (Databases/APIs/Excel/CSV, etc.)
• Strong data modeling mindset to optimize calculation logic and improve efficiency

1. Business Application

• Translate analysis results into visual reports to support business decisions
• Adapt analysis frameworks quickly based on dynamic requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Python/R for automation or advanced analysis (e.g., pandas/numpy)
• Knowledge of cloud data services (Azure/AWS)
• Experience in vertical domains (e.g., Finance/Supply Chain/Sales)
• Exposure to data governance or ETL pipeline design
• Fluency in Dutch

This position will be consultant contract in the beginning.
