BI/Data Business Analyst - Wealth Management

Hybrid, Southampton/South Coast

We're recruiting for an experienced BI/Data Business Analyst to join the Engineering & Data team of a leading Wealth Management organisation, supporting a large-scale data transformation programme.

You'll work closely with business stakeholders and Data Engineering teams to gather requirements, define data solutions, map data flows and support the delivery of strategic data initiatives. The role will focus on improving data quality, enabling reporting and analytics, and delivering scalable data solutions across the business.

Key Skills

• Minimum 5+ years' Business Analysis experience within Financial Services

• Strong Data Business Analysis experience

• SQL and data analysis skills

• PowerBI

• Requirements gathering, data mapping and process modelling

• Data governance and data quality knowledge

• Experience working with Data Engineering teams

• UAT and data validation experience

• Wealth Management, Asset Management or Investment Management experience preferred
