This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Bid Writer with experience in the service/ construction industry to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.

Your new role includes:

• Preparing high-quality proposals, tenders, and responses to RFPs that align with client requirements and the company's service offerings
• Analysing bid documentation and collaborating with subject matter experts to gather technical and commercial input,
• Structuring clear, persuasive written bids and proposals
• Managing proposal timelines, ensuring compliance with submission criteria, and maintaining a library of standard content and templates

Experience you need:

• Previous experience in proposal management/ writing and RFP coordination
• Strong understanding of the public sector and large corporate procurement practices
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams
• Previous experience with tendering and bidding processes in the services, construction or related industries
• A relevant degree in English, Communications, Business or related field
