COMPANY:

My client is a leading building contractor with a busy and fast-growing workload. They are looking to strengthen their team further with a Preconstruction Design Manager to tender on a range of Student Accommodation, PRS, and Hotel projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of the Building Sector.
• Previous employment as a Design Coordinator, D&B Coordinator, D&B Manager, Design Manager, Bid Manager, or Preconstruction Manager.
• Ideally, experience on PRS, Hotels, and Student Accommodation projects.
• Will also consider candidates with experience on other general build construction projects, provided they have strong preconstruction/tender experience.
• Previous employment with a Main Contractor is essential.
• High level of communication skills.
• Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC, etc.).
• Flexibility to travel and visit sites nationwide.

LOCATION: Northampton office, with some remote work available.
