Job Description
BID Coordinator - Hybrid 
A leading Main Contractor in Galway is hiring a BID Coordinator with 5+ years in a preconstruction role.
Role- Collaborate with the client bid team on PQQs and tender construction methodology submissions.
- Conduct site visits with the tendering team to assess new projects for bids.
- Review and analyze tender documentation, tracking queries and updates.
- Work with planners to create detailed tender programs, noting risks and constraints.
- Research and gather input from staff, subcontractors, and consultants for tenders.
- Write, format, and present accurate content for tender submissions.
- Coordinate with the estimating team to address risks, methodologies, and resources.
- Develop logistics and construction methodologies, including 3D & 4D visuals with BIM.
- Transfer tender knowledge to the operations team and improve tender processes continuously.
- Over 5 years of BID Coordinator experience with a Main Contractor across various sectors.
- Holds a degree in Engineering or Construction Management or similar field.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Project, with strong IT proficiency.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills for meeting deadlines.
- Salary €90k-€100k DOE
- Hybrid (2-3 days)
