BI/Analytics Manager - Business Performance

Are you passionate about turning data into commercial impact? Do you thrive at the intersection of BI, analytics, finance, and marketing? For our good FMCG client, we're looking for a Business Performance Manager to own critical performance dashboards, forecasting, and analytics that directly shape leadership decisions across Europe.

This is a highly visible role where data storytelling, stakeholder influence, and process automation come together.

What you'll be responsible for

Market & Share Performance

• Own and evolve leadership dashboards tracking Market & Share performance
• Partner with Global Insights & Analytics and Central Finance to align M&S with P&L
• Lead the collection, validation, and consolidation of short-, mid- and long-term forecasts
• Manage and enhance market forecasting tools for local analytics teams
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and business relevance-flagging risks and insights early

Advanced Analytics & Insights

• Support the design and rollout of analytics trackers (eg price elasticity, share decomposition)
• Integrate findings into European-level insights that drive strategic decisions

Process Improvement & Automation

• Identify opportunities to automate reporting, streamline processes, and improve data quality
• Raise the overall BI and analytics maturity of the organization

What we're looking for

• Strong background in BI/Analytics/Business Performance in a complex, matrixed environment
• Experience owning dashboards, forecasting, and performance reporting
• Ability to translate analytics into commercial recommendations
• Confident stakeholder manager, comfortable engaging senior leadership
• Mindset focused on automation, simplification, and continuous improvement
