BI Consultant - SC Cleared

An opportunity for a SC Cleared BI Developer to join a well established team to deliver a high profile data management system for a major defence organisation. Harnessing deep BI, SQL and Data engineering experience, the successful candidate will be a team player and work effectively with civil servants and end users.

Required Skills & Experience

• Advanced expertise in SQL Server (2019, Analysis, Security, Objects, Jobs)
• Advanced experience with Visual Studio (SSIS, SSAS, DAX)
  • Advanced skills in SSIS (Package creation, Data ingestion, Data Cleansing & ETL)
  • Strong understanding of interaction with SSAS and Power BI Desktop
  • Strong experience using DAX within Tabular Model
• Advanced experience in Active Directory
• Experienced in setting up and configuring Power BI Report Server (on premise)
• Experience working in Government environments to GDS standards
• Desirable experience in Military / Defence setting
• All candidates must be based in the UK and hold active SC clearance

• Day rate: Up to £550
• IR35: Outside
• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 6 months (initial sign up)
• Location: Hybrid - occasional travel to Hampshire
