Location: North West London

Contract: 20 weeks, 35hours per week

Their Building Control division plays a vital role in ensuring safety, quality, and compliance across a broad range of construction projects-from residential developments to complex commercial builds.

They are now looking to expand their team with experiencedBuilding Control Surveyorsfor a period of 20 weeks.

The Role: This is a varied and rewarding position that includes:

• Reviewing and processing Building Regulation applications
• Inspecting building works to ensure compliance with regulations and legislation
• Providing clear, practical advice to developers, builders, and the public
• Assisting with dangerous structures and contributing to out-of-hours support
• Supporting the development of junior staff and promoting best practice

Ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of Building Control practices and legislation, a relevant technical qualification (e.g. RICS, CABE, BTEC Higher National, or equivalent), and the confidence to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.

Please note, you must be registered with theBuilding Safety Regulator as a Class 2A or higher. Class 1 candidates should not apply.
