Beverage Process Operative - 4-on/4-off Shifts

Meridian Business Support is seeking a driven Process Operative in Bridgwater (TA6) for a temporary contract in a large FMCG production environment.

You will work 12-hour shifts on a 4-on 4-off pattern, day 06:00-18:00 and night 18:00-06:00, with day rate £15.04ph and night £16.54ph, plus weekend allowance.

Join a team of over 500, oversee beverage filling lines, perform changeovers, basic fault finding and quality checks, while keeping records up to date and maintaining audit readiness.
