Betting Shop Customer Experience Specialist

William Hill Shaw is seeking a part-time Retail Assistant to welcome customers, process bets and help with queries at our high-street shop. You will engage with diverse customers and demonstrate betting terminals to ensure a smooth experience.

You will build relationships, deliver excellent service, and champion safer gambling while supporting shop displays and daily openings/closings. Shift times vary 8am-10pm, with 21 hours per week and pro-rata holiday entitlement.
