We are recruiting an exceptional nursing professional to deliver highly personalized 1:1 care for an 80-year-old VIP. You will spend your rotation exclusively on board a state-of-the-art superyacht, navigating the azure waters of the Mediterranean with a cruising itinerary that includes exclusive anchorages across Ibiza, Marbella, and the Algarve.

The Team Excellence requires extraordinary collaboration. You will be fully integrated into an elite, multidisciplinary medical unit directed by a Lead British Doctor. The team also includes dedicated Physiotherapists and a hand selected, fully Western trained nursing crew, ensuring you practice alongside the best in the field.

The Safety Uncompromising patient care requires a fully supported staff. We operate on a strict double nurse shift system. This redundancy guarantees immediate clinical backup in any situation, maximizes patient safety, and ensures our medical team avoids burnout while operating at peak performance.

The Process Respecting the demanding schedules of elite clinical professionals, our comprehensive initial interview phase is conducted entirely via a secure online platform, ensuring complete discretion and flexibility.

Requirements

• Western BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) degree.
• 4+ years of recent, high acuity clinical experience (ICU, ER, or A&E).
• Native or C1 fluent English proficiency.
• 30 days of annual leave.
• Premium en suite quarters on board (strictly separate from standard crew areas).
• All professional and living expenses fully covered (including flights, bespoke uniforms, and world class culinary provision).
