We're currently seeking a passionate and knowledgeableindividual to join us as Whisky Bartender at Bertie's Whisky Bar, one ofScotland's most iconic whisky destinations.

The Role: Whisky Bartender

As a Whisky Bartender, you'll be a key member of the teamdelivering a world-class experience to every guest. Working closely with theBar Manager, you'll play an active role in maintaining and evolving our whiskyprogramme while sharing your passion with our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supportthe Bar Manager with the day-to-day running of Bertie's Whisky Bar
• Conducttastings and offer expert guidance on our whisky collection
• Collaboratewith whisky advisors, distilleries, and suppliers to curate a diverse andengaging whisky menu
• Drivesales through informed and enthusiastic recommendations
• Maintainthe highest standards of service in line with our 5-star environment

About You:

• Previousexperience as a bartender, ideally in a luxury or 5-star hospitalitysetting
• Strongknowledge (or curiosity) around whisky styles, regions, and production
• Naturalcommunicator with a passion for guest service
• Teamplayer with initiative, emotional intelligence, and a drive to learn
• Ambitiousand committed to delivering exceptional, personalised experiences
