Salary: €35,000 - €45,000 plus Bonus Pay and Subsistence

Your new role includes:

• Conduct detailed BER assessments for residential properties.
• Evaluating building energy performance and compliance with established regulations and standards.
• Utilize various assessment methodologies to evaluate energy performance.
• Prepare comprehensive reports outlining findings and recommended improvements.
• Provide guidance on energy efficiency measures and sustainable practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance energy performance initiatives.

Experience you need:

• Level 6 Qualification in Construction/Engineering/ Architecture/Sustainability.
• Registered as a BER Assessor on SEAI ideal.
• Proven experience in conducting energy assessments and audits.
• Experience in Airtightness Testing and/ or Ventilation Validation a distinct advantage
• Strong understanding of building energy performance standards and legislation.
• Proficiency in using assessment software and tools.
