We have an exciting opportunity for a Benefits Specialist EMEA, based in London.
Department OverviewThe Total Rewards function exists to ensure our colleagues across the EMEA region feel supported, valued, and rewarded throughout their employee journey. We design and deliver competitive, inclusive, and compliant benefits programs that support wellbeing, engagement, and performance, while reflecting local market practices and business needs.
Working closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and external partners, we aim to deliver a clear, consistent, and positive benefits experience for both our Corporate and Retail populations.
What you'll doAs part of the Total Rewards team, you will support the administration and continuous improvement of employee benefits programs across EMEA. You will play a key role in ensuring benefits are delivered accurately, communicated clearly, and aligned with both legal requirements and our employee experience strategy.
Serve as the first point of contact for employee and HR queries related to benefits across EMEA, including resolving issues from HR Operations and HRBPs.
Administer benefits programs (healthcare, retirement, insurance, and wellbeing) in line with local legislation, managing joiners, leavers, eligibility files, and billing across all country plans.
Support annual enrolment cycles, renewals, and communications, keeping benefits materials, HRIS records, and Talent Acquisition information accurate and up to date.
Partner with vendors and brokers to ensure effective service delivery, including leading the transition to a new broker as a key year one priority, and assist with vendor webinars as needed.
Monitor benefits utilisation, costs, and reporting, while identifying opportunities to improve processes and employee experience over time.
Collaborate with the wider Total Rewards and Global Benefits teams to align regional programs with global strategy while reflecting local needs.
What You'll BringWe're looking for someone with the following experience and skills - but these aren't set in stone. If you bring something extra to the table, we'd love to hear from you!
1-3+ years of experience in HR or Benefits administration, ideally across multiple EMEA countries.
Working knowledge of EMEA benefits practices and compliance requirements.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information with care.
Clear, empathetic communication skills and a customer focused mindset - you'll be interacting with employees and vendors regularly.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and HR systems; Workday experience is a plus but can be picked up on the job.
We'd Love to SeeA true team player who takes accountability - you'll make the difficult call or send the difficult email without needing to be pushed.
Organised and process oriented, with a self starter attitude - you spot things that need fixing and bring solutions.
Customer centric with clear, friendly communication skills for employees and vendors alike.
Comfortable working with relative autonomy from a US based manager.
A creative streak when it comes to packaging and communicating benefits information clearly - no prior experience needed, just a willingness to engage.
Workday experience is a plus but absolutely can be picked up on the job.
