Benefits and Realisation ERP Consultant - £600/day via Umbrella - 1-Month Contract - Remote with occasional travel to London - SCC Flex Contract

We're seeking an experienced Benefits and Realisation ERP Consultant to support a short but high-impact discovery project, exploring the benefits realisation approach across major ERP providers. As a Benefits and Realisation ERP Consultant, you will assess leading ERP platforms, creating a clear, actionable benefits realisation picture.

Your responsibilities as the Benefits and Realisation ERP Consultant:

• Analyse benefits realisation frameworks across top ERP providers including Oracle Fusion Cloud, Dynamics, Workday and SAP.
• Conduct detailed comparisons and produce clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Map out benefits that align with organisational strategic objectives.
• Work with key internal teams to validate findings and refine deliverables.
• Produce documentation and reporting that can be used to inform future ERP decisions.
• Attend occasional sessions in London to collaborate with stakeholders (remote majority).

As a successful Benefits and Realisation ERP Consultant, you will have:

• Proven experience as a Benefits and Realisation ERP Consultant or similar benefits-focused role.
• Strong understanding of benefits realisation methodologies within complex organisations.
• Hands-on exposure to multiple ERP platforms, ideally including Oracle Fusion Cloud, Dynamics, Workday and SAP.
• Background in central or local government environments (highly desirable).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to deliver clear, concise and well-structured documentation.
