Behaviour Specialist - Meath

In partnership with our client, a leading provider of person-centred support services for individuals with complex needs is seeking an experienced Behaviour Specialist to join their expanding Multi-Disciplinary Team.
Location: Primarily Stamullen, Co. Meath, with travel to community houses across North Dublin, Meath, Louth, Kildare, Wicklow and Cavan as required.
This is a key clinical role supporting adults with complex needs, including Intellectual Disability, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Acquired Brain Injury, Mental Health needs and behaviours of concern.
The successful candidate will provide specialist behavioural assessment, formulation and intervention, working closely with individuals, families, support staff and multidisciplinary professionals to develop effective, person-centred approaches that promote quality of life, independence and positive outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:- Conducting functional behavioural assessments
- Developing, implementing and reviewing Positive Behaviour Support plans
- Providing specialist behavioural advice and intervention
- Coaching and mentoring staff in positive behavioural approaches
- Delivering training to staff and other professionals
- Working collaboratively within a Multi-Disciplinary Team
- Monitoring behavioural data and evaluating interventions
- Maintaining high-quality clinical records and reports
- Primary degree in an allied healthcare profession
- Postgraduate qualification in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Positive Behaviour Support or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year's experience working with adults with disabilities, including Intellectual Disability, ASD and/or Mental Health
- Full Irish driving licence
- BCBA qualification
- Experience working with individuals with ABI and/or dementia
