Behaviour Mentor - KS2Harrow, HA3 (commutable from Kenton, Wealdstone, Queensbury, Stanmore, Harrow & Wealdstone)£110-£120 per dayStart Date: ASAPContract: Full-time, long-term temporaryLong Term Futures is seeking a calm, confident and resilient Behaviour Mentor to support pupils across Key Stage 2 with social, emotional and behavioural needs in a supportive Harrow primary school.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a behaviour-focused position and can provide clear structure, strong boundaries and consistent support, while building positive relationships with pupils. You will play a key role in helping children regulate emotions, manage behaviour and re-engage with learning.About the RoleWorking closely with the class teacher, SENCo and pastoral team, your responsibilities will include: Providing 1:1 and small group behaviour support across KS2 Supporting emotional regulation using calm, structured and consistent approaches Managing challenging behaviour using de-escalation strategies Reinforcing clear expectations, routines and boundaries Acting as a positive role model and trusted adult Supporting pupils to re-engage with learning following incidents Contributing to behaviour plans and feeding back to staff
