Look no further We've got an exciting opportunity to join us as a Beauty Retail Merchandiser based in the Primark Bury BL9 0JS area.

You'll be an integral part of a field-based retail merchandising team, helping launch a new Beauty brand into a fast paced high street store.

About the role

You'll be responsible for driving sales by ensuring the stands are completely full of stock as these brands sell fast.

This role will primarily be based within the Primark Bury.

Confirmed working hours:

7.5 hours per week: Wednesday 4 hours (flexible start), Friday 07.00-10.30.

There may be opportunities to work across other categories including, but not limited to, Books and Entertainment, Toys and General Merchandising.

How you'll deliver excellence

You'll be working quickly and accurately to ensure the Beauty stands are completely full for customers to shop at.

• Product Placement and Replenishment: Arrange and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
• Stock Management: Ensure as much stock as possible is out on shelves to drive sales, monitor stock levels and order products to avoid shortages.
• Beauty Knowledge: Become an expert on Health and Beauty, including brands, products and trends.
• Compliance and Standards: Stick to merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies and procedures, health and safety guidance.
• Planograms: Follow and implement planograms where provided to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Promotional and Point of Sale Setup: Set up promotional displays and signage to communicate prices, discounts and special offers.
• Communication and Relationship Building: Build and maintain good working relationships with in store colleagues, department and store managers.
• Feedback: Provide accurate and timely feedback to client account teams via the feedback application.

What makes you excellent

• Work at pace, ensuring stands are filled quickly and accurately with as much stock as possible.
• Have experience in merchandising or retail.
• Own your work within set time frames, using your own initiative to find solutions.
• Take pride in delivering great standards and service for clients.
• Comfortable with manual handling-moving and arranging products from the warehouse to the shopfloor.
• Confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos and answer task questions.
