Look no further We've got an exciting opportunity to join us as a Beauty Retail Merchandiser based in Primark Telford.

You will be an integral part of a field based retail merchandising team, helping launch a new beauty brand into a fast paced high street store.

You'll be responsible for driving sales by ensuring the stands are completely full of stock as these brands sell fast.

Location: TF3 4AP, Telford.

Working hours: Thursday 06:00-09:00, Friday 06:00-10:00, Sunday 08:00-11:00. There may be opportunities to work across other categories such as books, entertainment, toys and general merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Product placement and replenishment: Arrange and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
• Stock management: Ensure as much stock as possible is out on shelves to drive sales and monitor stock levels, ordering products to avoid shortages.
• Beauty knowledge: Become an expert on health and beauty, including brands, products and trends.
• Compliance and standards: Adhere to merchandising standards, guidelines, store policies, procedures and health and safety guidance; follow and implement planograms where provided.
• Promotional and point of sale setup: Set up promotional displays and signage to communicate prices, discounts and special offers.
• Communication and relationship building: Build and maintain good working relationships with in store colleagues, particularly department and store managers, and provide accurate and timely feedback to client account teams via the feedback application.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising or retail.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately, filling stands with as much stock as possible.
• Ownership of work within set timeframes and initiative to find solutions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
• Comfortable with manual handling tasks such as moving and arranging products from the warehouse to the shop floor.
• Confidence using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos and answer task questions.
