Beauty Counter Assistant - Broughty Ferry

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and creative Beauty Counter & Social Media Assistant at our community pharmacy in Broughty Ferry, Dundee (McPherson Pharmacy). This is a part time contract for 7 hours per week, working 9 am 5 pm on Saturdays.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, friendly and confident individual with a passion for beauty, skincare, fragrance and customer engagement. Alongside delivering exceptional in store experiences, you'll help showcase our products, promotions and pharmacy services across our social media channels. If you enjoy creating content, following beauty trends and engaging with customers both in person and online, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Confidently promote all of our brands, products and services to provide an unforgettable customer experience and encourage customer loyalty.
• Create and develop a bond with our customers by providing exemplary service.
• Create engaging content for our social media channels, including product features, promotions, seasonal campaigns and in store events.
• Merchandise the store and maintain high shop floor standards; taking pride in your environment and personal presentation.
• Support with all store operational tasks including stock management, operating the till system and handling financial transactions.
• Support your Manager and team by complying with all store policies and procedures, to keep the wider team and customers safe.
