Beauty Consultant

Overview

Beauty Consultant at H Beauty, a unique interactive beauty hall at Harrods. As a Beauty Consultant, you will deliver world class customer experiences while meeting sales targets within a 6 month fixed term, 37.5 hour work week.

Responsibilities

• Create world class customer experiences for every customer.
• Understand and learn about each customer's needs, providing tailored product advice.
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards and adequate stock levels, including replenishment.
• Champion the My Beauty rewards scheme and collect customer feedback.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the group mission.

• Strong foundation in retail, hospitality or beauty.
• Best in class experience in providing memorable service to clients.
• Dedicated, disciplined, and a leading example of excellence within a team.
• Ambitious and motivated by sales targets; committed to continual learning and development.
• High standards of appearance, punctuality, and adherence to Harrods policies.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary of £26,740 for a 37.5 hour week, plus commission. The role is a 6 month fixed term contract and includes Harrods benefits and generous in store discounts.
