About the Role

We are currently looking for Part Time and Full Time Beauty Consultants to join our welcoming and close knit H Beautiful team in Milton Keynes. Our Beauty Consultants are at the heart of what we do and, as the face of our iconic brand, you will be responsible for creating world class customer experiences for each and every customer.

You will take time to understand and learn about our customers, combining the "Beauty of Selling" with comprehensive product knowledge; this tailored service approach leads to achieving sales targets and repeat customer visits.

Your day will involve high visual merchandising standards, ensuring adequate stock levels and replenishment, championing our My Beauty rewards scheme and customer feedback surveys.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in retail, hospitality or beauty.
• Best in class experience providing memorable service to clients.
• Dedicated, disciplined and a leading example of excellence in your team.
• Ambitious, excited by sales targets and driven to achieve group mission.
• High standards of appearance, punctuality and adherence to Harrods policies.
