REFY is seeking a Beauty Consultant to join our team within the beauty department at Selfridges, London. You will act as the ultimate REFY ambassador, bringing a genuine passion for the beauty industry and an eye for the latest trends. In this role, you'll represent REFY's core values in every interaction-championing confidence, inclusivity, and innovation-while simplifying the beauty journey for our community. By showcasing our world first, multifunctional products, you'll demonstrate how REFY empowers effortless beauty with fewer steps and maximum impact.

This is a part time position over 3 days based at our counter within Selfridges London, Oxford St.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive REFY's business objectives, meeting and exceeding personal and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Engage with customers to showcase REFY products and provide personalised consultations.
• Build brand awareness and maintain relationships with existing clientele.
• Support retail events and activations during peak seasons.
• Gain insight into customer service, sales, and brand representation.
• Ensure replenishment and stock levels are maintained.
• Participate in regular product training and growth opportunities at our HQ.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse customers and team members.
• A passion for the beauty industry and luxury retail environments.
• Demonstrated success in achieving individual sales and KPIs.
• Up to date with social media trends, with a personal presence and understanding of how social media influences beauty retail.
