Bartender at Hotel de France

Experience: 1 year working within a similar establishment. Previous experience with POS would be advantageous.

Qualifications: Training in wine, spirits, and cocktail preparation is desirable. You should possess a Food and Safety Level 2 or its equivalent.

Our restaurant is looking for a bartender to join our friendly and professional team on a fixed-term contract from April to 20 December.

You will be driven and friendly, with previous relevant experience, excellent customer service skills, and a smart appearance, and be able to work both behind the bar and on the floor.

You will have a good knowledge of wines, cocktails, smoothies, tea, and coffee preparation. You will be able to work under pressure, be self-motivated, have excellent time management, and be adaptable, flexible, and ready to learn.
