• Create exceptional cocktails, aperitivi, coffees and drinks that reflect the elegance of GiGi
• Guide guests through our drinks menu with confidence, making thoughtful recommendations based on their tastes and the occasion
• Build genuine relationships with guests, recognising returning faces and creating a welcoming atmosphere
• Prepare every drink with consistency, precision and pride, ensuring every serve meets the GiGi standard
• Maintain a beautifully presented, organised and fully stocked bar throughout service
• Work seamlessly with the restaurant team to ensure drinks and food are delivered with perfect timing
• Bring energy and personality to the bar whilst adapting your style to every guest and every occasion
• Develop a deep knowledge of our wines, spirits, cocktails and Italian drinking culture
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, preparation and attention to detail
• Help make the bar a destination guests choose to visit, not simply pass through

• Previous bartending experience within a quality hospitality environment is preferred
• Confidence preparing classic cocktails, premium spirits and high-quality coffee
• A passion for Italian aperitivo culture, wine and hospitality
• Experience working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
• A desire to continually develop your knowledge and become an expert in your craft
