As a bartender, you'll be the heartbeat of the venue, keeping drinks flowing, maintaining great vibes, and ensuring every guest is served quickly in a packed, high-tempo club environment. Working across late night service, high-impact events, and within a dynamic music venue, your energy will help drive the atmosphere, making sure every moment feels exciting and seamless.

Whether you're handling a rush at the bar or keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, you'll play a key role in making every night unforgettable.

What You'll Do:

• Speed of Service Expert: Deliver drinks quickly and efficiently in a high-volume environment. Handle multiple orders at once while keeping service smooth, accurate, and upbeat.
• Bar Organisation & Cleanliness: Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organised at all times. Work proactively to maintain a tidy workspace during service and assist with closing duties at the end of the night.
• High-Energy Team Player: Bring positive energy to every shift, working closely with your team to keep the bar running seamlessly. Support others when needed and contribute to a strong team atmosphere.
• Exceptional Communicator: Maintain clear, confident communication with barbacks & your head bartender in a loud, fast-paced club setting. Stay approachable, friendly, and focused under pressure.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous bar experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently while staying organised and composed.
• A strong team mentality and willingness to support others during busy shifts.
• Comfortable working in a loud, high-energy club environment.
• A can-do attitude with the ability to stay positive and motivated, no matter how busy it gets.
• Pride in keeping your workspace clean, tidy, and running smoothly, including helping with the opening and closing of the venue.
