Position

A fantastic opportunity for a Bartender to join Scotland's first and only Le Petit Beefbar Restaurant, at The InterContinental Edinburgh The George on a 20-hour per week contract!


You will earn £13.41 per hour - equal to £13,946.40 salary, plus service charge.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring high quality guest experience through the creation of unique and exciting cocktails.

  • Interacting with guests to share your knowledge of various Beers, Wines and Spirits.

  • Assisting the wider F&B team to provide timely service.


Qualifications

  • Experience working within a high end restaurant, bar or hotel as a bartender or mixologist.

  • Knowledge of wines, beers, spirits and cocktails - excited by being creative and sharing your skills with others.

  • Passion for providing an excellent guest service, and enjoying interacting with guests to ensure a uniquely personal experience.

  • Personal licence (highly beneficial).

  • Passion for providing luxury experiences, not shy to go above and beyond to personalise our guests' stay and provide local wisdom to enhance their experience.

  • Ability to work together in the team with guests as our centre focus.
