Barista Maestro: Team Leader for Great Coffee & Service

Scoffs Group Ltd is hiring a Barista Maestro (Team Leader) for a 20hrs per week contract at our Swindon location. You'll lead by example, craft Costa-quality coffee, and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers while guiding the team to meet brand standards.

No prior experience is required; full training will be provided. If you love coffee and helping people, this role offers a fun, fast-paced environment with room to grow within our growing Costa franchise.
