Barista Maestro Lead: Elevate Coffee & Team Culture

Scoffs Group Ltd is recruiting a Barista Maestro (Team Leader) for a 20-hour per week contract across the UK's largest Costa Coffee franchise. You'll lead by example, craft quality drinks, and deliver outstanding service while keeping store standards and team morale high.

You'll inspire your team, manage stock and deliveries when managers aren't present, uphold hygiene, and help create a welcoming atmosphere for every customer on shift.
