Barista & Guest Experience Specialist

Central England Co-operative's Insomnia Café is hiring new colleagues to join our café team across a fast-paced and friendly environment. You'll learn coffee making and barista skills, work with a mix of customers and colleagues, and help deliver great service.

Full training provided; previous barista experience is welcome but not essential. Flexible shift patterns across seven days, with opportunities to grow within a supportive employee benefits program.
