The role also involves handling guest feedback, keeping the bar organised, assisting with rotas, and supporting management with reporting and stock takes.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily bar operations and motivate the team to deliver great service.
• Maintain drink quality and consistency across all offerings.
• Train staff and develop skills to maintain high service standards.
• Manage stock and orders, minimising wastage and controlling costs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and licensing standards.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Keep the bar organised and well-presented for service.
• Assist with rotas and staffing levels as required.
• Support management with reporting and stock takes.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or senior bartender role.
• Strong cocktail and beverage knowledge.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Calm under pressure and able to manage competing priorities.
• Good attention to detail.
• Flexible availability.
