The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to recruit an experienced and passionate Bar Manager for a leading luxury hotel in Cong, Co. Mayo.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality professional to lead a well-established bar team in a high-end setting renowned for its exceptional service, world-class guest experience, and picturesque location.

As Bar Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the bar. You will lead and inspire a team, manage inventory and budgets, and ensure the delivery of outstanding service. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of premium beverages, cocktails, and wine, coupled with a passion for guest satisfaction.

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel's bar and beverage outlets.

• Train, lead, and motivate the bar team to deliver exceptional guest service.

• Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and customer service.

• Manage stock control, ordering, and inventory systems efficiently.

• Create seasonal beverage menus and cocktail offerings in collaboration with the team.

• Monitor and control budgets, labour costs, and profitability.

• Ensure all health, safety, and licensing regulations are strictly adhered to.

• Work closely with senior management on promotional events and service improvements.

• Proven experience in a similar role within a 4 or 5 hotel or high-end hospitality environment.

• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, mixology, and premium beverage service.

• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage a team and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

• Must be currently living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland (ROI).

• Visa or relocation packages are not provided.

• €45,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
