Our front of house, back of house, and back office teams reflect this passion, bringing flair and creativity to each venue to serve fantastic food, drinks, and ambience to everyone who walks through our doors. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Bar Manager to join our fantastic team at The Breakfast Group and have the opportunity to grow within our expanding group of venues.

What are we looking for from an ideal candidate?

• Experience in managing stock, GP targets and wage budgets
• Interest in self development and growth
• Managing Bar team and driving bar staff training, engagement and motivation
• Ability to lead corporate events
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Extraordinary attention to detail
• Willingness to support and drive business strategies
• Confident understanding of UK licensing, food hygiene and health and safety legislation
• Strong organisational and problem solving skills
• Ability to contribute creatively to drink menus
• Knowledge in complaint handling and providing best customer experience

Let us transport you to a world of beautiful furnishings and flavours. We are open Tuesdays to Sundays, serving lunch, brunch and dinner. We are based on Bermondsey Street short walk from London Bridge Station and Borough Market.
