Country House Weddings specialises in weddings, providing exclusive use of the venues to couples from midday to midnight on the day of the wedding, while also offering all inclusive wedding packages to ensure a couple's wedding runs smoothly from start to finish. This includes, although not limited to, multiple wedding ceremony options per venue, a three course wedding breakfast created by expert chefs who specialise in wedding catering, fully stocked bars, and an evening reception with buffet, DJ and disco. Each venue also boasts accommodation that can be added for overnight guests, as well as numerous grand reception rooms for couples and their guests to use throughout the wedding.

Position Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Bar Manager to lead our bar staff in maintaining the highest levels of customer service.

Reporting directly to the Venue Manager, you will be responsible for the operational running of the bars including increasing the venue beverage sales, ensuring staff are fulfilling their duties and leading by example.

The ideal candidate will have a practical bar and cellar management background, experience of budget management and cost control (including stock, cash handling and product ordering). Applicants should be innovative and pro active in driving sales by keeping up with current bar trends.

Applicants must be able to work both weekends and weekdays.
