Bar Floor Host - Flexible Shifts & Growth

Job title: Bar Floor Waiter / Waitress, Malmaison

Rate of Pay / Hours: £30 per hour

Type of contract: Fixed

Location: Malmaison Brighton

Responsibilities: Serve as the face of the bar, manage guest flow, and coordinate with the bar service team to ensure a smooth dining experience.

Work schedule: Open 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Flexible shifts, with higher demand evenings and weekends. Shift patterns and contracted hours are discussed during the interview.

Training and development: Nationally recognized apprenticeships and detailed brand training are available to help you grow and pursue potential future F&B management roles.

Qualifications: Passion for great customer service and willingness to learn new skills are essential. Previous experience is desirable but not a requirement.
