Rate of Pay / Hours: £13.01 / 40 Hours. Contract: Full Time. Location: Hotel du Vin York.

Responsibilities

• Act as the face of the restaurant and bar within the hotel.
• Manage flow of guests, coordinate with Kitchen and management to ensure smooth dining experiences.
• Maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Help create memorable experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a busy restaurant or bar.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Shift & Training

• Shift patterns are flexible, generally busier evenings and weekends; hours can be discussed at interview.
• Offers nationally recognised apprenticeships alongside brand training.

Career Development

Potential to progress into a Head of Department position within Hotel du Vin. Internal development and progression encouraged.
