Overview

Job title: Bar and Restaurant Supervisor, Malmaison

Rate / Hours: £13.41 / 40 hours

Type of Contract: Permanent

Location: Malmaison Brighton

Responsibilities

You will be the face of the restaurant and bar within the hotel, help control the flow of service, and communicate with the Kitchen and the management team to ensure a smooth and controlled dining experience for guests.

Requirements

Experience in a busy restaurant and/or bar environment or for the next step in your career.
Ability to work with the Kitchen and management team to deliver high-quality guest experiences.
Flexibility to work a range of shifts; evenings and weekends are common, with patterns discussed at interview.
