Bar & Catering Specialist for Events

Dorset Council is looking for a Bar and Catering Assistant to manage daily operations at the Leisure Services café/bar. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, prepare and serve food and beverages, and maintain hygiene standards.

This role includes responsibilities such as managing cash transactions, ensuring cleanliness, and assisting with stock control. The ideal candidate should be friendly, motivated, and knowledgeable about food hygiene regulations.
