Banqueting Sous Chef High-Volume Hotel Kitchen

Search Consultancy is assisting a prestigious 4-star hotel group in Mid Lothian (Penicuik area) who seek a driven Sous Chef to join a busy brigade. You will help manage day-to-day kitchen operations across restaurant, bar, lounge and events, while supporting the Head Chef in menu development and quality control.

The role offers a starting salary around £40k with potential tronc dividends; live-in accommodation can be arranged. This is a hands-on leadership position in a high-volume kitchen.
