Banqueting Demi Chef de Partie - Weddings & Events

The Balmoral in Edinburgh is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to join our Banqueting Kitchen team. You will work alongside an expert team to prepare and present dishes for weddings, conferences, and large banquets, while upholding the highest standards of food safety and quality.

You will assist in delivering exceptional food for high-profile events, maintain cleanliness and food hygiene, and collaborate across the kitchen and hotel operations to continuously improve menus and guest experiences.
