The Role:

As a Financial Services Solicitor, you will:

• Advise on a broad range of transactional banking and financial services matters
• Draft, negotiate, and review finance documentation including loan agreements, security packages, and facility agreements
• Support senior lawyers on complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships across the financial services sector
• Contribute to business development and the growth of the banking practice

The Person:

The ideal Financial Services Solicitor will have:

• A minimum of 2 years' PQE in financial services or transactional banking law
• Strong technical knowledge of banking and finance transactions
• Experience in a reputable law firm environment, ideally with exposure to cross-border work
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• The ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure
• Ambition to grow within a high-performing, collaborative team
