Banking Associate

Description:
We are hiring on behalf of our client, a progressive and highly regarded commercial law firm, seeking to recruit a Banking Associate (NQ-3 years' PQE) to join their expanding team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of one of Ireland's top transactional banking practices, advising on a broad range of domestic and cross-border banking matters.

This role is ideal for a newly qualified solicitor or someone with up to three years' post-qualification experience who is looking to gain high-quality experience in a supportive and collaborative team environment.

The Role:
• Advise on a wide range of transactions including corporate lending, acquisition finance, real estate finance, development lending, and refinancing
• Work closely with partners and senior lawyers on both domestic and international matters
• Draft and negotiate loan agreements, security documentation, and related financial contracts
• Assist with client relationship management and participate in business development initiatives

The Person:
• Qualified Solicitor (NQ-3 years' PQE)
• Experience in banking law is desirable but not essential
• Strong drafting, research and communication skills
• Commercially minded and proactive in a team environment
• Strong academic background and a keen interest in banking and transactional work
