Banking Customer Service Advisor - 12-Month FTC

Hanley Mortgage Services Ltd. is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract (35 hours per week). You will provide accurate counter service, handle cash and non cash transactions, and support in-branch operations with a focus on customer outcomes.

You will work within a team to deliver compliant, high-quality service, open savings or investments where appropriate, and respond to customer inquiries with clarity and professionalism in a regulated environment.
