Bank Residential Team Leader Salary: £14.38 per hour increasing to £15.08 Hours: Bank

Job Responsibilities

As a Bank Residential Team Leader, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of person-centred care and supporting your team to uphold those standards in everything they do.

  • Lead by example, providing guidance and support on shift to promote best practice
  • Administer and record medication safely in line with Shaw policies and procedures
  • Report changes in residents needs or well-being promptly to the Line Manager
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families and colleagues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date care plans and documentation
Qualifications and Experience
  • Experience working with older people in residential care
  • Have completed or working towards your NVQ/QCF Level 3 Health and Social care (or equivalent)
  • Be flexible, patient, caring, organised and great with people
  • Ability to lead a team and use own initiative
