Job Overview

Support Worker Location: Isle of Anglesey, Benllech Rate: £13.45 per hour; £62.64 per sleep-in Contract: Bank, 0 hours

We are recruiting support workers to join our service in Gwynedd, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs.

We will provide full training and a structured induction programme.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred support in line with individual support plans.
• Assist with daily living skills and personal care where required.
• Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
• Support activities, appointments, and community access.
• Maintain accurate records and work effectively as part of a team.
• Work a rota including evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-ins.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work towards Level 2 QCF (Social Care Wales registration).
• Ability to work unsociable hours on a rota basis.
• Drivers desirable but not essential.
• Enhanced DBS required (paid for by CareTech).
