Bank Kitchen Assistant/Cook

LocationCare Home in Gloucestershire (Henlow Court, Agincare)
Salary & Benefits- £13.30 per hour.

- Background within kitchens and understanding of how to run a professional kitchen.
- Knowledge of the IDDSI framework or support complex dietary requirements is desirable.
- Must be flexible to work weekends and/or during the week between 7am 4pm.
- At present, visa sponsorship is not offered.
- This is a bank contract.
- Menu planning - collaborate with the home manager and residents to develop and implement menu ideas, including themed days and events.
- Understanding dietary needs - work closely with staff to meet residents' specific nutritional and dietary needs, including modified food textures and allergies.
- Kitchen management - main point of contact for kitchen, responsible for day to day running of stock management and hygiene standards.
