Salary: £13.45 per hour

Working Hours: 0 hour contract - As/When Required

Shaw healthcare is looking for a Bank Domestic Assistant to join the team in Cartref. You will join a team that is fully committed to making a difference to the lives of those we provide care for. You will work as part of a great team and be making a difference to our residents by providing an excellent standard of service within the home.

Main Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize rooms including furnishings in assigned work areas
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness of the service and laundry causing minimal disruption to our service users and their care
• Communicate and engage effectively with our service users, their families and colleagues; good interpersonal and working relationship skills are essential
• Work without direct supervision
• Use a variety of cleaning products paying particular attention to COSHH regulated products
• Work on your own initiative and maintain a high level of hygiene within the home

We will provide you with full training, including our leadership programme which can support your development and opportunities for progression within Shaw.
