Responsibilities

Lead by example, providing high-quality care and companionship; support residents with personal care and daily living; encourage independence and wellbeing; plan and take part in meaningful activities and outings; oversee medication administration and accurate record-keeping; work closely with families and healthcare professionals; support and guide the care team, stepping up in the absence of senior management. In this role, your care goes beyond tasks; it's in how you lead, support your team, and create a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel truly at home.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 12 months' right to work in the UK
  • At least 2 years' experience in social care
  • QCF Level 2 (or above)
  • Bank contract; must be flexible to work days and weekends as and when required
  • Zero hour contract
