Job Title: Paediatric Audiologist

Hours: Full-time/Part-time

Duration: Ongoing
Rate: £26 - £28 per hour

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paediatric Audiologist to join our esteemed Harrow. This role involves conducting audiological assessments for children aged 4+ independently and for those under 4 years old alongside another clinician. Your expertise will be essential in leading visual reinforcement audiometry (VRA) testing, reviewing hearing aid fittings, and ensuring high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

As a Paediatric Audiologist, you will be responsible for performing comprehensive hearing assessments, leading visual reinforcement audiometry (VRA) testing, and reviewing hearing aid fittings to ensure optimal auditory support for young patients. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including speech therapists and paediatricians, to provide holistic care. Additionally, you will maintain high standards of audiological testing, adhere to NHS protocols, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • HCPC registration (essential).
  • Degree in Audiology or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in paediatric audiology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
